  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


2. Shipping Timeline

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, weather, or festive seasons.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (as mentioned during checkout).

  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional delivery or handling charges will also be clearly shown before final payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.

  • You can also check your order status directly in your CosmetixHub account or by contacting our support team.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If you’re unavailable during delivery, the package may be held at the nearest courier hub for a short period before being returned to us.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel and products.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cosmetixhub.com.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Currently, CosmetixHub ships only within India.
