Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@cosmetixhub.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In case of a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under specific conditions to maintain hygiene and product quality:
You may request a return if:
You received a wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.

Your order ID
Clear photos of the product and packaging
A short explanation of the issue
Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Used or opened cosmetic and skincare products
Items without original packaging, seals, or labels
Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Personal use products like creams, lipsticks, and serums once opened
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For COD orders, refunds are provided via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes time to reflect.
If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@cosmetixhub.com.
7. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
